Greetings! I am so excited to cook with all of you. We will be cooking through recipes below and learning to make one of my favorite Italian desserts - tiramisu. While this is delicious immediately, it only gets better over time, and is best when left to chill for 6-8 hours before enjoying.
To cook along, please be sure to have all of your ingredients, measured out, and organized! We will be making everything else together.
Serving sizes are estimates - always depending on who is eating, and what else is being served as part of the meal.
Tiramisu Ingredients
1oz Bailey’s Liquor (optional)
1oz Sambuca (optional)
1oz Kahlua (optional)
1oz marsala (optional)
or substitute coffee liquor in place of above
1c mascarpone
1/2c sweetened condensed milk
1/2c heavy cream
4 large eggs
3/4c sugar
1c espresso, chilled (or dark strong coffee)
2Tb cocoa powder
1/2bar dark chocolate (for shaving)
